Recycold® Cool Packs
Description
The RecyCold® cool packs by Ranpak are made of paper and coated with polyethylene (PE). They contain a 100% biodegradable gel inside. At the end of their life, the biodegradable gel can be disposed of in nature or composted, while the casing can be discarded as household waste. Both the gel and the ink used on the outer part of the packaging are suitable for indirect contact with food.
They are designed for products that require cooling during transportation, such as food, vegetables and medicines, and are available in various sizes and weights.
