    Fruit calipers

    Instruments for measuring the size (typically diameter) of fruit.

    Plastic and metal, analog and digital.

    Thermometers

    Room thermometers for measuring the temperature in cold chambers and pin thermometers for measuring the temperature of fruit flesh.

    They may be analog or digital.

    Moisture meters

    Instruments measuring the relative humidity in cold chambers.

    They may be analog or digital.
