BERRISYS™ – Controlled Release SO₂ Sheets for Berries

BERRISYS™ is a specialised post-harvest solution for berries, designed to preserve freshness and maintain the commercial value of fruit during storage and transportation.

Based on controlled sulphur dioxide (SO₂) release technology, BERRISYS™ significantly reduces post-harvest losses while extending the product’s shelf life.

Its action is activated by environmental humidity, providing both immediate and continuous protection throughout the supply chain.

Application Method

• Place the sheet on top of the fruit inside the carton
• Ensure the printed side is facing upwards
• Use one sheet per carton or per layer of packaged fruit
• Activated in environments with relative humidity above 70%
