The active ingredient in the Absorgel Pouch HIP is calcium chloride, which has a superior ability to absorb moisture from the surrounding air.
The Absorgel HIP comes with a transparent window and humidity indicator. Once the absorbent material seen through the window has the same color as the window border, it should be replaced with a new one.
