HELLAGRO S.A. sponsors the 1st International Olive Festival “ELIA Lesvos Confest” on 23-25 September in Lesvos island
HELLAGRO S.A. supports the efforts of actions that aim to promote the cultural heritage of our country and to support sustainable development.
An important action is the “ELIA Lesvos Confest” with the main theme of olive trees and olive oil in all their manifestations, which aims to become an institution on the island of Lesvos, attracting global interest.
ELIA Confest is an innovative form of multi-thematic event, combining the scientific dimension of a conference with the cultural character of a festival and at the same time a thematic event for olive tourism. The congress is co-organised by the Association “Elaia Island Lesvos” and the North Aegean Region, and will take place from 23 to 25 September at the Municipal Theatre of Mytilene.
The topics of the event are: Olive and education, Olive and environment, Olive and culture, Olive and gastronomy/health, Olive and tourism promotion, and Olive and ways to increase sales of olive products.
